Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy allows for returns or exchanges within 4 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, if 4 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Custom-Made Items: Each order is custom-made once placed, so returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the fabric, stitching, or material.
  • Standard Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged, intimate or sanitary goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, proof of purchase (receipt) is required. Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Items can only be exchanged for products of equal value. Exchanges are processed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to approval. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at contact@telalfemina.com and send your item to:

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanged items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Additional Information

  • Custom-Made Orders: Each Abaya is custom-made upon order placement to ensure quality and fit.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
